Scope and Impact is managed by Miriam Wambui who heads the people, strategy and results division for East Africa region. She founded Scope and Impact after over seventeen years’ leadership experience that spans multiple industries and functions. Miriam is an accomplished human resource and business leader who is recognized for delivering results and solutions, driving change in complex and dynamic environments, and developing high performing teams. She has extensive expertise leading organizations in corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, global human capital management and change management.

Miriam spends time working with various organizations to help them in their strategic planning, vision development, change management, regulatory compliance, negotiations and executive succession planning. Her role enables her clients to develop and execute business initiatives that deliver mission-critical results. Having led talent development programs with previous employers, Miriam has an express interest in capacity development with interest in executive coaching and emerging trends for the younger workforce. She believes that talent development can and should be seen and leveraged as an enabler of human capital, profitable growth, exceptional client experience and revenue driver.
